We started MyDev over 15 years ago with one observation:

With over 20 years of experience in executive education, including INSEAD and CEDEP, he designs and facilitates high-impact leadership experiences that turn reflection into concrete results. He specializes in trust building, team engagement, leadership development in complex environments, and experiential learning journeys that help leaders take action.

Jean-Pierre Gicquel

Founder & Fair Leadership Expert

Jean-Pierre founded MyDev with the conviction that leadership must evolve. With a background spanning marketing, HR, consulting and executive roles, he combines strategic clarity, operational depth and human understanding. He is known for asking challenging questions, provoking awareness and helping leaders rethink their behaviours in complex contexts.

Patrick Parker

Executive Coach & Transformation Partner

Patrick brings more than 25 years of experience in executive education and coaching, including senior roles at INSEAD. He helps leaders reflect, realign and redefine what leadership means to them and their teams. His work is rooted in meaningful transformation, reflection, learning design and executive development.
